If yes, then minimalism coaching is for you.
The aim of minimalism coaching is to support individuals to clear away the clutter in their lives and make room for what's most important. At Minimalist Living UK we define clutter as anything that's getting in the way of living the life you desire. This includes object clutter, digital clutter, relationship clutter and emotional clutter.
Coaching clients work with August to set personalised goals that may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Decluttering the home to prepare for a house move
- Organising paperwork
- Achieving debt freedom
- Decluttering books or sentimental items
- Creating a capsule wardrobe
- Prioritising time for relationships and rest
- Setting boundaries in the workplace and at home
Coaching provides a space of accountability and encouragement, with each session providing inspiration and practical support for achieving your goals. Read more about the minimalist journey here.

Coaching sessions last for 1 hour and take place monthly over Zoom. For folks who are based in Birmingham, U.K, there is an option for sessions to take place in person.
At the beginning of the session we start with a check-in, which takes anywhere between 5-10 minutes. We then spend the core 40-50 minutes of the session focusing on a particular topic, exploring ways to move towards the clients goal. We then spend five minutes at the end of each session creating action points. A set of brief notes is sent to each client after the session via e-mail.
6 sessions is the recommended amount. Clients can request additional sessions if desired.
Sessions for folks on Universal Credit start at £15, going up to £50 per session for those on a full-time wage. Clients are invoiced after each session has taken place.
